Dietician crafted healthy meals, lifestyle practices like meditation and fitness drills are packaged with each workshops. Sleep, sitting diseases, mindfulness and happiness are some of the ingredients of these highly engaging workshops.

Typical size of workshops could range from 50 to 100 participants and smaller batches are conducted in diverse local centers driven by Wellness Support Groups and Meetups.
